Miss Universe Sri Lanka 2025, Lihasha Lindsay White, has officially departed for Bangkok, Thailand, to represent Sri Lanka at the 74th Miss Universe pageant one of the world’s most prestigious international beauty events.


Crowned in July this year, Lihasha has made an impressive transition from managing her family business to stepping onto the global stage. Her journey has been defined by professionalism, preparation, and a clear sense of purpose as she sets out to represent her country among delegates from over 80 nations.
In the lead-up to her departure, Lihasha underwent extensive training with two renowned international mentors Indonesia’s Putra Pasarela, who guided her through runway and stage presence development, and the Philippines’ Michelle Padayhag, who focused on communication skills and Q&A performance. These sessions have equipped her with the confidence and composure required to compete at the highest level.
Before departing, Lihasha expressed her gratitude to her supporters, stating, “It’s an incredible honour to represent Sri Lanka on the Miss Universe stage. My goal is to bring forward the warmth, strength, and spirit of our people and make our nation proud.”
The 74th Miss Universe pageant will be held later this month in Bangkok, Thailand. As Lihasha takes on this exciting new chapter, she carries the Sri Lankan flag with pride, ambition, and dedication embodying the values of excellence and representation that define the Miss Universe Sri Lanka organization.
