With over 25 years of experience in the sector, Mr. Randeniya has been instrumental in revolutionizing Sri Lanka’s real estate landscape through innovative initiatives and strategic leadership. As CEO of Prime Lands and Executive Director of multiple entities within the Prime Group, including Bhoomi Realty Holdings, Regent Caterers, and Regent Country Club, he has consistently demonstrated visionary leadership and business acumen.
