Hemas Manufacturing Secures Prestigious Trade Compliance Certification from Sri Lanka Customs

Marking a milestone in operational excellence and global trade compliance, Hemas Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd. has been awarded the ‘Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Tier 1 Certification’, by Sri Lanka Customs, reinforcing its position as a leader in compliance, operational efficiency and global trade facilitation. This achievement places Hemas among an exclusive group of just 48 companies in Sri Lanka to attain this globally recognized certification, underscoring its commitment to best practices in trade and supply chain management. The AEO Tier Programme, an initiative by the World Customs Organization (WCO), is a globally recognized framework that validates companies adhering to the highest standards of security, compliance and efficiency in cross-border trade. Certification is granted only after a rigorous verification and validation process conducted by Sri Lanka Customs, ensuring that accredited organizations meet stringent international trade requirements.
