Volt Charge, a subsidiary of JAT Holdings PLC, has been recognised at the 2025 Australian Good Design Awards with an accolade in the Product Design category for its Volt Charge Level 2 EV Charger.
The Australian Good Design Awards, one of the world’s most respected international design programs, celebrates products that drive positive change for people, planet, and prosperity. This year’s theme, “Design for Better”, highlights innovations that promote a more sustainable and inclusive future.
Designed and engineered in Sri Lanka, the Volt Charge Level 2 EV Charger embodies this vision, combining intelligent technology, safety, and modern aesthetics. The product features cloud-based AI optimisation, advanced safety systems, and customisable colour options, setting a new benchmark for user-centric EV charging design.
The international jury commended the product for “blending elegant design with intelligent technology to deliver a safe, efficient, and highly customisable experience”, describing it as “an outstanding contribution to good design in this category.”
