CAL in Partnership with Heritage Partners to Advise Family Businesses

CAL (Capital Alliance) Group has recently entered into a landmark agreement with Heritage Partners, a law firm specializing in advising Sri Lankan businesses across a broad spectrum of legal matters. Through this partnership, CAL will be able to enhance the advisory services offered to family business clients, while also providing them with access to ancillary services such as the drafting of family constitutions, restructuring and succession planning, shareholder dispute resolution, and family office structuring. The agreement between CAL and Heritage Partners was signed by Group Director of CAL, Mr Ajith Fernando, and Precedent Partner of Heritage Partners, Dr. Arittha Wikramanayake.
